Before You Get Started

Text Walkthrough

Nonprofits can give donors the option to make their donations anonymous to the public.

For your core fundraising page:

  1. Log in to the Nonprofit Admin Portal.
  2. Under "Edit Your Nonprofit's Core Profile," click the "Basic Information" button.
  3. Scroll down to "Allow donors to make donations private" and check the box.
  4. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
  5. You can follow the same process to uncheck the box at any time.

For fundraising Campaign Pages:

  1. Log in to the Nonprofit Admin Portal.
  2. Under "Recent Campaign Pages," find your campaign and click the "Manage" button. (If you can't find the campaign in the list of "Recent Campaign Pages," click "Campaigns" in the top navigation bar, find the desired campaign and click the "Manage" button associated with it.)
  3. In the "Edit Campaign Page" section, click the "Campaign Name, Description, and Goal" link.
  4. Scroll down to "Allow donors to make donations private" and check the box.
  5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
  6. You can follow the same process to uncheck the box at any time.
